CITU, ITV and Leeds University have obtained funding for a project exploring  ‘Low carbon behaviour change in organisations‘. The award is from the Impact Acceleration Account funded by the ESRC.

Both CITU and ITV want to engage staff and members in behaviour change programmes to reduce carbon emissions, with the University researching the impact.

CITU will have at least 4 members of staff attending a Carbon Conversations Facilitator training course, so that they can then run a minimum of 6 Carbon Conversations groups over the next year.

This will involve 60 members of staff and scheme residents in exploring how they can both reduce their carbon footprints and contribute to carbon reduction at the workplace.
